**Gaming Manager - Village Tavern**
- $73,700 Base Salary + Super + Bonus Scheme

Sitting in the heart of Golden Grove is The Village Tavern, a local icon that's been sitting tall on The Golden Way for decades. A 10 minute drive from the Adelaide CBD, we're in an excellent position for when you want to head north from the city.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the **Village Tavern**.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential **(amend according to state requirements N.B An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential)**:
