**Role responsibilities**:

- Provide advice to Queensland Health projects and programs on the capacity, resource requirements and timeframes to deliver interfacing solutions
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with a customer service focus, to resolve issues relating to priorities, technical concepts, key technical decisions, scheduling, and Queensland Health's change management processes

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the development, monitoring and supporting of (SFIA: SINT Level 4):

- Application integration interfaces (HL7 v2.3-v2.5)
- Web service technologies (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of *nix systems administration (Solaris/RHEL/CentOS)
- Experience in using Lyniate Rhapsody Integration Engine 6.5 or later
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge of scripting technologies (Python/BASH) (SFIA: PROG Level 2)
- Familiarity with the ITIL methodology and processes (SFIA: METL Level 4)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal project stakeholders in order to deliver the required healthcare outcomes (SFIA: RLMT Level 4)
- Demonstrated interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills to enable effective interaction with technical and non-technical staff
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.

**Specific Working Conditions**:

- Participation in on-call and after-hours support arrangements may be required for this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
