About you:
You are seeking a full time position with a willingness to learn. You will also be available to travel within rural Queensland and New South Wales. School leavers will be considered if they can demonstrate a willingness to learn, work hard and be prepared to learn new job skills. There will be an option to achieve a Cert 3 after a qualifying period.

**The Role**:

- Learn how to operate specialised equipment and OH&S
- Learn how to identify, control and report workplace hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Liaise with Work Supervisors about job status and job priorities
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools
- Learning to operate and handle various power and hand tools, such as grinders, sanders, drills, and large specialised concrete cutting machinery
- Following instructions and guidelines from supervisors and senior staff members
- Developing technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.

**Key requirements include**:

- Desire to learn new skills and learn how to operate specialised machinery
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to communicate with the team
- Ability to work unsupervised, show initiative and self-motivation
- Current driver's license (not essential)
