A newly created role due to growth and expansion in the APAC region, working with a highly reputable global law firm offering flexible working and a positive work culture. This opportunity is ideal for someone with legal service desk experience, and exposure to financial systems such as Aderant or other similar legal practice management system. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide financial systems administration and technical support to the APAC region.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Provision of first line support for Aderant Expert to the Finance Department.
- Provision of second line support for Aderant Expert and other financial systems to users at all levels outside the finance function.
- Liaison with IT service desk and second line teams.
- Liaison with members of UK finance systems team (will require working outside normal working hours from time to time).
- Responsibility for monitoring calls that are assigned from IT to the team’s support queue, responding to users in a timely fashion and obtaining a resolution.
- Maintenance of static data on Aderant and other finance systems
- Maintenance of lawyer targets, cost rates and headcount data, in respect Asia Pacific users.
- Responsibility for the systems administration relating to joiners, leavers and staff movements in the Asia Pacific region.
- Liaison with HR, Business Managers and members of the finance team in connection with the maintenance of joiners, leavers and staff movements.
- Maintenance of access levels on the finance systems.
- Assisting the team with the production and maintenance of system and training documentation.
- Updating report parameters and running month end reports.
**You will have**:
- Prior IT support or system admin experience within legal services, preferably with knowledge on Aderant, or similar practice management system.
- Experience with reporting using SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI will be desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
