We are looking for an experienced Gardener, who will give leadership to the whole team, recommend the most efficient processes and responsibility for the business. Must be sympathetic to our client’s needs.

This position will be a supervisory role.

**Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Must have gardening experience, mowing lawns, pruning trees.

for safety, and general garden tidy up.
- Experience with the elderly gentle and trustworthy.
- Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
- Italian speaking is a big advantage a definite positive, due to the huge amount of Italian speaking migrants that are part of the Aged Care program.
- Experience in a horticulture or landscaping would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to handle manual and power tools relevant

**Skills and qualifications**:

- A Certificate III in Horticulture or at least 3-years relevant experience; and
- No less than 2-years employment experience as a senior Gardener.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coburg North, VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
