**The Position**:
This position would suit someone coming from a role where they have developed, executed, and implemented organisational development and learning initiatives across a large/ multi-site complex organisation. Reporting into the Group Head of Learning and Development, the position will be responsible for the development, implementation and embedding of strategies to strengthen employee capability, leadership pathways, and overall development of their employees across the whole business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and deliver L&OD initiatives such as enterprise training.
- Develop and uplift a portfolio of programs that support leadership and employee development and progression pathways.
- Contribute to strategic L&OD objectives.
- Create processes, procedural documentation, and effective communications to support program roll-out and build buy-in and uptake.
- Assist with regulatory response and external reporting as required.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance by identifying risk and advising on changes.
- Monitoring health and safety requirements; and
- Upkeep of records and reporting.

**About you**:
To be considered for this role, you will need to display the following:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Learning or other relevant education.
- Proven experience in developing, executing, and implementing organisational development and learning initiatives across a large/ multi-site complex organisation.
- Accreditation in Leadership Development tools or project management - highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience measuring L&OD initiatives against strategic objectives.
