About the role
This also includes identifying risk escalation behaviours and responding appropriately in consultation with managerial staff, interviewing and assessing prisoners on parole to produce quality reports to the APB, and assessing and referring prisoners on parole to appropriate programs and specialised services.
Through this you will ensure that your case management practices align with best practice principles, in particular, the Corrections Victoria Offender Management Framework.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- experience in the case management of complex and high-risk clients
- knowledge and experience in best practice risk and therapeutic initiatives
- excellent verbal and written communication skills including detailed report writing experience.

Experience working within a legislative framework is also desirable.
