**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists within the Financial Services unit for an experienced, hands on Accounts Operations Team Leader to join our team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead end to end processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Lead, coach and develop the accounts operations team.
- Develop procedure and guidance notes, deliver training and work with stakeholders to improve their knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable policy, processes and systems.
- Implement best practice processes and systems to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function.
- Contribute to the operations of the Financial Services unit by supporting year end activities as assigned by the Financial Accounting Coordinator and Chief Financial Officer.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience in leading a high-volume accounts payable function in a complex medium to large organisation.
- Experience in accounts receivable function.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Ability to manage time, set priorities and achieve positive results
- Ability to produce work in a timely and accurate manner
- Highly developed computer skills
- Continually improving accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
