**About the Company**:
Brisbane Whitegoods operates four locations across Brisbane. We are dedicated to ongoing growth, and we serve as the ultimate destination for exceptional value and savings on essential appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and more.

**About the role**:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our showroom while providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate showroom activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- It is not necessary to have had previous experience in a retail or showroom environment, however, it would be desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences.
