Opt Hire offer a wide range of equipment hire solutions, servicing the construction industry across Victoria & Queensland providing the hiring of tools and small plant equipment.

This position will be to assist with all Branch Operations from customer service, incoming and outgoing assets, utilisation, monitoring contracts for accuracy, equipment servicing, maintenance, cleanliness, cross hires, missed hires, etc.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide instructions on the correct and safe use of equipment where required.
- Managing ongoing hire contracts including the selection of the right equipment, freight/delivery, ongoing customer service, and off-hires/pickups.
- Plan and arrange internal and external stock movements to ensure equipment is available for customer collection.
- Liaise with both internal and external transport suppliers to arrange delivery and collection of equipment from customers' job sites.
- Stocktake of available Hire Equipment Liaising with the service team regarding fleet maintenance and repair.
- All other tasks assigned by the supervisor
