Our Neurodiverse Children and Family Hub is set to revolutionize treatment options for our clients, and we want you to be a key part of it. The concept was conceived by an allied health professional and a parent of a Neurodiverse child, with the aim of streamlining treatment and ensuring that treatment goals can be achieved through a cohesive team of highly dedicated professionals.

At our Hub, we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for neurodiverse families to thrive. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the freedom to unleash your creativity, innovative ideas, and expertise, as we foster an inclusive environment that embraces everyone's unique skills and perspectives. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking for regular part time or casual work, looking to re-enter the workforce or wanting to change the direction of their career. We offer a very family friendly environment and understand all the amazing things we need to do for our kids

Our preferred work roster Monday - Saturday after 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality learning environment to neurodiverse children and their families.
- Collaborating with our advisory board and multidisciplinary team to develop personalized and comprehensive intervention plans.
- Being adaptable, thinking outside the box, and maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Thriving in a multidisciplinary team and actively sharing ideas to ensure each child's success.
- Utilizing playful and engaging therapeutic techniques to maximize progress and overall well-being.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of our Neurodiverse Children's Hub.

**Requirements**:

- Previous tutoring experience essential
- A genuine passion for working with neurodiverse children and a deep understanding of their unique needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Gestalt Language Processing.
- Understanding the importance of Early Intervention and Social Communication.
- Familiarity with sensory processing issues and strategies to provide assistance.
- A profound understanding of Neurodiversity and ADHD.
- Eagerness to learn and proactively pursue professional development opportunities.
- A great sense of humor and a warm smile.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
