Opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to take on a stand-alone role across the south-east

A construction company located in the south-east of Melbourne.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you support a team of approximately 50 staff across sites spanning the south-east and West Gippsland region.

You will be responsible for providing practical, hands-on support across the SEQ space, working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure best-practice is achieved.

Responsibilities will include:
- Management of SEQ systems, both existing and those that need to be developed- End-of-month reporting- Developing and implementing procedures (SWMS, EMPS etc.)- Supporting Injury Management and RTW processes in conjunction with the team- Leading risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident reporting and training- Driving safety culture across the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**- SEQ experience, ideally within construction or agriculture industries- Understanding of ISO 14001, 9001 and 4801- Demonstrated experience in driving safety culture and process across organisations- Experience in managing safety for multiple sites- A driver’s license and ability to travel between sites across the south-east & west Gippsland

You’ll be the stand-along HSEQ professional for your remit, but you’ll have support and collaboration from the wider, off-site safety team as well.- A varied role, with both in-the-office and on-site requirements. You’ll be able to plan your week as you see fit.
- Salary based on experience ($90k - $110k + super) as well as car allowance.
