**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a production assembler or similar role.**:

- **Experience assembling/repairing pallets**:

- Proficiency in using staple guns and other assembly tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
