We are looking for sandblasters to join our family-owned and run powder coating & sandblasting service in Pakenham, Melbourne.

**- About the Job**:

- Sandblasting in our custom-built booths.
- Achieving a high-quality surface treatment with no rework.
- Assisting in racking when required.
- Diverse workload across automotive, architectural, construction industries.
- State-of-the-art, custom-built sandblasting, spray booths, ovens etc.

**- Skills & Experience Required**:

- Sandblasting experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Consistency to deliver high standards of surface treatment.
- Be physically fit.
- Friendly, well mannered and polite to customers.
- Immunisation accreditation.

**- Highly Regarded, but Not Essential**:

- Forklift license
- Truck license
