**Duties**:

- Tower climbing and working at heights to install and maintain equipment.
- Rigging and hoisting antennas, feed lines, and other telecom equipment.
- Conducting inspections and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driving licence
- High-risk work licence - Rigging
- Prior experience as a Telecommunication Rigger or similar role
- Proficiency in tower climbing and working at heights.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
