About UsThe Investment and Technology Group delivers strategic oversight and management of DoT's operating and infrastructure budget and provides commercial and information technology services to drive high performance and improved commercial outcomes for the State.
About the OpportunityThe Problem Manager is a position that sits in the Enterprise Technology Branch ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of ICT processes as well as compliance with them. This role is a strong promoter of the ITIL framework and leads the delivery of ITIL processes that align with industry standards and best practice.Key Accountabilities
- Identify and oversee rectification of procedural risk and issues to operational ICT services across DoT.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT problems, changes, and major incidents in an ITIL framework within an enterprise environment
- Ability to identify, remove or minimise obstacles and barriers to ITIL process implementation and service improvements.
- Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude and consistently deliver quality work in the face of challenging situations.
