- BH-150393Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inventory Administrator to join our client for a full time, Permanent Opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are readily available to fulfill customer orders.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments of bricks, updating inventory records accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- **Order Processing**:

- Receive and review customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the production department to schedule and prioritize manufacturing based on order requirements.
- Generate shipping documentation and coordinate with the logistics team to arrange timely deliveries.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, inventory levels, and related transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

**To be suitable for this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in customer service and inventory management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
