Role: Support Worker

Location: North Brisbane Region

Hourly Pay: $40.26

Benefits: Superannuation, Company Car Provided

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your expertise in manual handling, peg feeding, and stoma bag care will be highly valued as you assist clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personalized support services to clients based on their individual care plans.

Assisting with manual handling tasks, including transfers and mobility support.

Providing skilled care in peg feeding and stoma bag care, ensuring clients' comfort and well-being.

Supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.

Building trusting relationships with clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Support Worker, preferably with expertise in manual handling, peg feeding, and stoma bag care.

Compassionate and empathetic approach toward supporting individuals with complex needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the North Brisbane region.

**Salary**: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

- Disability Support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain... (required)
