**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The AIC Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office covering his / her different specialities and domains) of Bid / Project Management.

In the scope of his / her speciality, the AIC Co-Ordinator is responsible to:

- Develop, deploy and improve standards (governance, processes, methods and tools) for bids and projects management within the organization.
- Contribute to and support his / her specialties.
- Support and challenge teams with a coaching posture in his / her area of expertise
- Organize dedicated meeting with the Core team
- Produce and analyse KPI.
- Participate as needed to progress meetings, bid and project reviews.
- Capitalize on best practices and proposing recommendation and improvement.
- Transversally disseminate and share best practices and recommendations at the state of the art

**KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

- A self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills to coordinate a range of complex activities, influence internal and external decision makers and establish and maintain constructive cross team communications
- Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and meet deadlines
- High-level, structured analytical skills to understand and interpret strategic business opportunities
- Ability to conduct market place analysis and collect industry data to support or complement Procurement and Supply Chain activities
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relations in order to facilitate the development, maintenance and execution of strategies and plans to meet committed objectives
- Ability to use initiative and work independently whilst maintaining and displaying a strong customer focus
- Sound understanding of project management practices and a structured and methodical approach to plan, schedule, monitor and report on project activities and performance
- Experience drafting a wide range of documents and responses relating to subcontract management, procurement and supply chain
