**About the Role**

As a CSSD Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that **high standards for cleaning, sorting, assembling, packaging and sterilising of Reusable Medical Devices used in the Operating Theatres and Ward areas, is always maintained**. This will also involve, but is not limited to;
- Maintaining cleanliness of all work areas including benches, trolleys, machines and equipment
- Cleaning, inspecting, assembling, packing and sterilising Reusable Medical Devices ensuring any damage is reported in a timely manner
- **Available to work a 7-day rotating roster including night shift.**

**About You**

Succeed in this role with **strong work ethic, punctuality, integrity, respect and commitment to professional practice**. Prior SSD Technician experience, proficiency in sterilisation are essential.

You will also bring:

- Certificate III in Health Service Assistant (Sterilisation Services)
- Minimum of one year of experience working as an SSD Technician
- Strong attention to detail and strong task orientation
- Commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of excellence.

**Remuneration: Salary commensurate on CSSD experience**
