**The Award-Winning Warradale Hotel is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gaming Manager.**

**About the role**

The Gaming manager oversees the gaming room, Gaming bar and associated areas; as well as working seamlessly with the management team.

**Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the Gaming Manager will be responsible for**:

- The day-to-day operations and management of the gaming area and bar
- Ensuring venue compliance at all times with regard to gaming and lotteries legislation
- Regular liaison with Gaming Care and responsibility for the personal management of responsible gambling interactions
- Create and develop initiatives to ensure revenue growth
- The development and monitoring of sales, profit and expense budgets
- Gaming analysis and reporting to legislation requirements
- Be motivated to lead and train a team of staff to ensure superior customer service
- Stock control of the area
- Front of house management including preparing rosters and conducting staff performance reviews
- Gaming room layout and development
- Procedure development and adherence

Previous industry experience and demonstrated management skills commensurate for the position.

Current RSA, RSG, Advanced Gaming certificates and a police clearance.

**Benefits and perks**

This is a full-time, salaried position within the hotel under the current hotel award. Remuneration is negotiable based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warradale, SA 5046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
