**How you'll make an impact**
Would you like to work in a fantastic, vibrant team to help improve service delivery across CareChoice?
Working with the incidents team you will be helping to identify and categorise incidents, support Team Leaders in managing their incidents, helping improve quality of reports and reporting to NDIS Commission as required. This is going to include working with incident management processes using Lumary, reporting on the NDIS Commissions PRODA portal, and maintaining our incidents records. You will also be trained on more complex incident management processes like running IRGs and Case Reviews as an ongoing part of this role.
You will need to be able to work in a unique and challenging environment. Support and training on the job by our experienced incidents team.
**About you**
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in windows platforms and skills and experience using a range of software including Microsoft Office.
Ideally you will also have
- Experience in the Disability Services Sector and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Investigation and or incident management experience in a customer focused Community Services Sector environment.
- An understanding of Commission for Child and Young People and the National Disability Insurance Agency and the National Disability Insurance Commission.
- Experience in report writing.
