Corestaff Recruitment is currently seeking natural leaders for one of our clients based in Bibra Lake. Our client is a world leader in waste management and provider of environmental solutions.

This opportunity will allow you to put on practice your leadership whilst supporting the Shift Supervisor in achieving the daily tasks and ensuring the well-being of your team.
- Working with the Shift Supervisor in the coordination of site operations to enable the effective, efficient and safe completion of daily tasks.
- Sort through recyclable waste on the primary first stage conveyor within the plant to ensure non-recyclable and other materials are removed and destroyed correctly.
- Ensure correct recyclables are being received across secondary conveyors within the plant such as paper and plastic.
- General clean up and housekeeping across all areas of the recycling plant facility.
- Work in accordance with our clients on site safety procedures and policies.
- Experience as team leader is not mandatory, however it is desirable.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude - Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop personally.
- Desirable tickets or certificates: Forklift License, Excavator ticket, Certificate III in Wate Management.
- Current WA Drivers License and own car.
- Ability to work long shifts and work within a team environment.
- A high level of commitment towards on-site safety.
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
