**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manger you will be the beating heart of the warehouse and customer service. You will oversee the order fulfilment process including order input, administration, and shipping. Process transactions in a timely and accurate fashion. Facilitate and process customer returns for orders placed online. Communicate potential shortages and notify customers of product availability.

**Duties**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Dispatch domestic and international orders via the fulfilment software
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
- Liaising with coworkers to determine stock movements
- Uploading new products into Shopify, ensuring inventory quantities are correct
- Updating artist stores and ensuring accuracy of stock counts and audits

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or ecommerce fulfillment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech savvy, able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms (Bonus)
- Experience using a Walkie Stacker or similar equipment (Bonus)
- Keen interest in music or have a music background
