**About the Role**
Our high performing team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work from our client’s site in Redland. You will be responsible for the coordination of staffing requirements and high levels of customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing or Administration experience that will find you working within a dynamic industry and developing your career within recruitment. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday 5:00pm to 1:30am (next day).

**Key responsibilities of this position include**:

- Filling high volume client job orders
- Client liaison and account management ensuring high quality customer service.
- Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, from on-boarding to performance management and terminations. Including issues or escalation with employees regarding payroll and WHS.
- Building and maintaining professional client relationships
- Building professional rapport and working relationships with casual employees
- Administration tasks as required

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Proven experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Computer and systems savvy
- The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
