**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience managing KPIs and delivering great results
- You have the love for food and exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience managing a team of more than 10

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Staff rostering and timesheets
- Opening/ closing of restaurant.
- Maintaining restaurant presentation, cleanliness and maintenance.
- Training staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
- Maintaining efficient operating procedures in stock control and ordering

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year

- Rotating roster
