**You’ll contribute to**:

- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with our IT Vendor network and the management of contracts such as End User Licence Agreements EULA’s), Service Level Agreements and more. Contract renewal and managing IT vendors will be a large component of this role.
- The smooth running of the Digital and Technology business unit, alongside contract administration and procurement support. The objective is to educate and guide the Digital & Technology Group on vendor and contract management, as well as risk assurance and analysis.
- Improving the customer experience, driving operational efficiencies and improving processes within WorkCover Queensland that adopt a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Implementing technology improvements and developments to automate vendor and asset management processes.

**A bit about you**:

- Highly engaged individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and connecting with people effectively.
- Qualification in information technology, information management, business or contract management or a related field.
- Experience in an IT assurance (financial, risk management and reporting focus) and/or IT vendor environment. Experience in ServiceNow is of benefit, however, not essential.
- Strong communication, reasoning and stakeholder management skills. This includes the ability to write and present at senior leadership team and executive levels.
- Thinks strategically but also considers interim and pragmatic steps to achieve strategies.
