COOOP is seeking a **Mid Level Hospitality Interior Designer** to join our dynamic team and lead iconic projects across Australia and Dubai. With over 3 years of experience in hospitality design, you'll have the opportunity to redefine industry standards, crafting immersive environments that balance functionality with cultural storytelling.

The role is responsible for the management of the full design process for commercial hospitality and retail interior projects across a range of clients whilst reporting to the Associate Team.

**The Role**

As a Mid Level Hospitality Interior Designer, you will take the lead on prestigious projects, inspiring teams and collaborating with clients to bring bold, visionary concepts to life. Your role will encompass creative leadership, end-to-end project management, and mentorship, ensuring design excellence at every stage.

**Responsibilities**
- **Creative Leadership**: Translate complex client briefs into visionary design concepts that align with brand narratives and user needs, under the guidance of the senior team.
- **Project Management**: Oversee all phases of design, from feasibility studies and documentation to construction and delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, under the guidance of the senior team.
- **Technical**: Utilize advanced tools like **Revit BIM**, **ArchiCAD**, and the **Adobe Creative Suite** to deliver precision-driven designs and construction documentation.
- **Client Engagement**: Build relationships through impactful presentations and tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project alignment.
- **Sustainability & Compliance**: Ensure projects meet building codes, sustainability standards, and the highest quality benchmarks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in hospitality interiors.
- Workability of the Design tools, particularly **Revit**, and **Adobe Creative Suite**.
- Proven success in leading large-scale hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and client management abilities.
- Understanding of building codes, construction processes, and sustainability principles.
- A passion for storytelling through design, balancing creativity with strategic thinking
