**About The Role**:
As the **Portfolio Delivery Manager**, you will lead the delivery of pivotal transformation projects aimed at enhancing member, staff, and commercial experiences while optimising commercial performance. Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement, your responsibilities include planning and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. You will also design, implement, and manage an effective project governance structure, operational rhythm, and reporting system, ensuring timely and relevant communication.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- **_Project Planning and Delivery Management:_** You will plan and execute the project lifecycle from inception to completion, monitoring progress through comprehensive reporting.
- **_Resource Coordination and Alignment:_** Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery aligned with objectives.
- **_Project Governance and Communication:_** You will develop and manage a robust project governance framework, operational rhythm, and reporting mechanism, facilitating effective communication.
- **_Adaptation and Risk Management:_** Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- **_Stakeholder Engagement:_** You will cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- **_Process Improvement Support:_** You will develop and improve the project delivery framework and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
