**YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**
Your new employer is a pioneering leader in pressure vessel inspection, managing the needs of national clients for 15 years. Based in Belmont, they are one of the largest independent inspection companies in Australia. They are now looking for a Planner/Scheduler be a key player in driving automation, lead digital transformation, and contribute your new employer’s success in expanding markets.

**YOUR NEW JOB**
You will be the key driver to achieve reductions in availability, reliability, and capacity losses, whilst improving Inspector productivity and reducing costs. There are loads of efficiency gains to be made and this will be just the beginning. Your key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Scheduling/Planning**: National scheduling and coordination of inspection resources. Responsible for developing and optimising production schedules by meticulously planning and coordinating workflows, you will ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects, enhancing productivity and resource utilisation.

**Digital Transformation Leadership**: You will take charge of how Salesforce is used, to get the most out of it for the business (so you will be a Salesforce expert). Your expertise in digital scheduling tools and ERP systems will be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall efficiency across the organisation.

**Supporting Expansion Efforts**: Be a driving force in expansion into new markets. By coordinating schedules and aligning service capabilities with market demands, you will play a vital role in our growth and success.
