Head Barista

My Little Kitchen is Healesville’s go to café for brunch and lunch in the beautiful Yarra Valley. We are looking for a gun Barista to join our tight knit team Are you passionate in crafting the perfect cup and creating exceptional brunch experiences? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you

We require a team player, someone willing to slot in and go for it, someone with great communication skills and above all, someone who loves a chat with the locals

About you:
You will have at least 2 years experience working in a busy café, both on the machine and on the floor with exceptional customer service skills.

You are fast and consistent on the machine, consistently producing awesome latte art, while punching out anywhere from 25kg-50kg per week depending on season.

You are available for early morning starts from 7.45am and at least one weekend day.

You have full Australian working rights.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
