**The Role**

Experienced and motivated Regional Manager with a forward-thinking attitude and strong financial/commercial acumen to grow and support the Asset Care business in Victoria.

In this role, you would be reporting directly to the General Manager for Asset Care and will be responsible for the management of our two facilities based in West Melbourne and Traralgon.

Laptop + Phone would be provided as part of the package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage and provide leadership to a multi-displinary team working across a variety of industries.
- Safety leadership is essential - fostering an ecosystem of:

- ownership and good decision making.
- SRG systems and processes deployed and compliant
- Continuously improving and innovating safety management, administration, and leadership.
- P&L management - Ensure revenue, overheads and margins are balanced in such a fashion to deliver on the financial objectives of the business, without compromising safety and quality outcomes.
- To develop, retain, and maintain a confident, competent, and motivated workforce.
- Improvement of existing operations as well as a strong ability to drive for business growth (existing and new clients).
- Ensures efficient scheduling, planning, labour management and timely lodgment of claims and invoices.
- In conjunction with the operations, develop project schedules to optimize manning levels and timely completion of works.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Proven experience to lead a diverse team and achieve results
- Engineering, technical, and or tertiary qualified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain and develop high level client relationships.
- Previous experience in P&L Management and/or contract management
- Experience in a field management role requiring strict H&S procedures & compliance
- Strong communication and people skills
- A strong commercial focus with proven business/financial acumen.
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
- A background in supply of services across asset Maintenance, NDT, Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering, inspection and/or testing, would be highly desirable.
