**Tasks & responsibilities**
- All aspects of commercial building
- Ability to read & interpret construction plans
- Well presented and personable
- Work independently or in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communicator

**Licenses and Experience**
- Trade license or RPL
- Industry card (white card or equal)
- Drivers License
- Must be competent with all aspects of Plastering including dry wall & partitioning, ceiling & cornice experience
- Knowledge across other trades would be much sort after
