Building Manager

**Job description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our commercial building. The Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the building, communicating with tenants, and managing building repairs and maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance and security.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage building repairs and maintenance, including coordinating with contractors and
vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage building budgets and expenses.
- Develop and implement building policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
- Ensure the building is clean and well-maintained.
- Manage building staff, including hiring and training as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in building management not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent computer skills and fast learners in the use of computer software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
