**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**About the role**
- Team Global Express is currently seeking a qualified Forklift Operator to commence immediately at our Tennyson Depot in Brisbane.
- This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week
- This successful applicant will be rostered on our PM Shift (3.30pm Starts)
- The successful applicant will also be entitled to a 17.5% Shift Allowance
- Overtime is available and will be offered on a need by need basis
- Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
- Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
- Picking and preparing runs for following day
- Palletizing freight for travel where required
- Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.
- Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.
- Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
- Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to.
- Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently. Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.

**What you’ll bring**
- You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (mandatory)
- You will be able to work as part of a team
- You will be flexible and able to work overtime as required
- You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
- You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
- You will have a high attention towards Safety
