**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor/Coordinator to support our dedicated NSW Operations team. As the People & Culture representative in our Sydney office, you play a critical role in supporting and developing our employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that our company values and culture are reflected in all aspects of our business.

This role will also be responsible for managing the bulk end to end recruitment needs across our NSW portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and recommending process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment, employee engagement and retention
Coordinate logistics for interviews, including preparing interview materials
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and assisting with the new hire orientation process.
Assist with P&C projects, including policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and other P&C-related programs.
Partner with managers and employees to address P&C-related issues, including performance management and compliance with P&C policies and regulations.
Assist in the delivery of the GJK onboarding programs
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers
Assist with P&C reporting and data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

**Qualifications**:
3 years of experience in P&C, with a passion for recruitment and onboarding
Knowledge of P&C best practices, and industry trends.
Be a team player and drive a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

You will be required to be a highly effective communicator with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, it will be essential to understand their individual needs, interests, and concerns to achieve successful outcomes.
