Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional brow shaping services, including threading, tweezing, tinting, laminating and shaping, to enhance clients’ facial features and achieve their desired look.
- Administer lash lift treatments using safe and effective techniques to lift and curl natural lashes, creating a longer-lasting and more dramatic appearance without the need for extensions.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns related to brow and lash treatments.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on brow and lash care, maintenance, and products to help clients achieve and maintain their desired look between appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols and sterilizing tools and equipment before and after each client service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in brow and lash services, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the salon or spa.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brow and Lash Lift Artist or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work and expertise in brow shaping and lash lifting procedures.
- Certification or training in brow shaping, lash lifting, and other relevant beauty treatments from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in various brow shaping techniques, including threading, tweezing, tinting, and shaping, to create customized looks for diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations based on their unique needs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while maintaining a focus on client comfort and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment, with flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications or training in related beauty services, such as brow tinting, lamination, or lash, to expand service offerings and expertise.
- Experience using specialized tools and equipment for brow and lash treatments, ensuring precision and safety during procedures.
- Knowledge of skincare and makeup products to complement brow and lash services and provide comprehensive beauty solutions to clients.
