- You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:

- Specialist training opportunities
- Buddy shifts with CPA’s experienced Disability Support Workers
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.
- _ We invest $5,000 in training in your first year_
- We have casual opportunities working across locations in South West Sydney. Our accommodation services operate 24x7 and you will need to be available for 3-4 days (20 hours minimum).
- You MUST be available for coverage of Morning shifts between 6AM-9AM or 7AM-10AM. (There are other shifts available, though you must be willing to commit to these morning shifts)
- Your duties will include:

- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Building positive relationships with our clients
- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable
- Requirements
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
- Live locally to the above mentioned suburbs
- Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
