Precinct Maintainer

Salary: $53,077 - $59,667 p.a. plus 10.5% Super

**About the role**

This is a **permanent full-time** position, working **38 hours** per week (Monday to Sunday, 5:00am to 2:00pm) and is located at the **Ulladulla Leisure Centre**.

**Duties**

Reporting directly to the Precinct Coordinator - South, the focus of this position is to:

- General Industrial Cleaning - perform commercial / industrial cleaning duties using industrial and commercial cleaning equipment
- Hygiene and Sanitation - undertake hygiene / sanitation duties of all required areas as per work schedule
- Security - carry out patrols of buildings at commencement and end of each shift, ensuring all doors are locked / unlocked and lights are on / off as required
- Accept responsibility for and co-ordinate own work area

**Skills & Experience**

In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

- Certificate III in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Turf Management, Nursery Practice, Commercial Cleaning or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated effective time management and prioritisation skills with ability to balance competing workloads and deliver within deadlines
- Current National WHS Construction Card (WorkCover)
- MR License
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
