We have a new and exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced communications / video / marketing extraordinaire to join us as our new **Digital Communications Producer**. Working with our Internal Communications & People Experience team, you will bring to life the stories of our people, share our work in the community and showcase the experience of working at the NRMA. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital communication strategy and help to shape our visual narrative.

In this role you will have the opportunity to create impactful digital content to be used across multiple internal and external channels and work with our iconic brands; SIXT, NRMA Parks & Resorts, Roadside and our Marine business.

We offer hybrid work arrangement working 2-3 days in the office, with offices based in Sydney Olympic Park and on occasion Sydney CBD or any of our other site locations as required.

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor degree in related discipline and certifications in digital marketing or communications.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management or a related role.
- Exceptional communication skills and a go getter personality
- Creative thinking with a passion for story telling with the ability to create engaging content for digital audiences.
- Demonstrated planning and organisation skills with the capability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and build relationships quickly.
