With a 30-year heritage and a commitment to empowering individuals and communities, they have positively impacted the lives of over 1 million people. Through expansion, they are seeking a talented
**Marketing Communications Coordinator** to join their dynamic team on a freelance basis (3 - 6 months).

**The Role**:

- Transform inspiring stories and case studies into engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, media releases, and other formats.
- Ensure consistent voice and messaging across multiple marketing channels through exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Collaborate with local media outlets by sending media releases, following up with calls, and coordinating interview logistics.
- Work closely with Business Partners to develop creative briefs, oversee creative development and production with designers and printers while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Provide essential support to Business Partners by managing marketing administration and implementing efficient systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, obtaining accurate quotes, and ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects.
- Update websites (WordPress) and provide insightful reports on web analytics.
- Assist in planning and executing a vibrant calendar of social media activities for multiple brands, using Hootsuite for publishing social posts.
- Create social media content, engage with contacts, and foster active participation on social media platforms.
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate and monitor campaign performance, generating comprehensive reports.
- Support setting up, monitoring, and reporting on Lead Gen campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.

**You'll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, demonstrating the ability to drive results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to creative projects, consistently seeking innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Self-starter mindset, capable of independently prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and driving projects forward.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics, extract insights, and create comprehensive reports.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, with the ability to effectively communicate design briefs within brand guidelines.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Exceptional budget and project management skills, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a composed and positive outlook.
- Personable and professional character, enabling the building of strong client relationships through trust and effective communication.
