Are you looking for you perfect locksmith role? We seek a locksmith who is passionate about their craft and looking for a stable, fulfilling role. You will use your extensive knowledge and skills to provide best in class services to our mostly commercial clients while communicating seamlessly with your team back at base. You must love the road, love working with the right mix of independence and teamwork and not least, you must love locksmithing

- **What you can expect in the role **_
- Interacting face to face with many customers daily and providing them a service that goes above and beyond
- Continual contact with base team
- Detailed record keeping via our CRM system SimPRO
- Key cutting, lock installation, and repair
- Support the installation and maintenance of access control systems and CCTV
- Participate in emergency access services and gain entry without causing damage
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Flexibility to assist in other areas of the business when required ie the workshop, counter, dispatch etc
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- **What we expect you to bring to the role **_
- Fully locksmiths’ qualification.
(We will also everyone from 3rd year apprentices to fully certified SCEC locksmiths).
- Passion in locksmithing and security technology
- A self-discipline and maturity that understands the importance of punctuality, time management, team communication and the ability to work as part of a team one minute and independently the next.
- Excellent customer communication and service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness and hunger to both learn and teach
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
