Our National Recoveries Unit manages the recoveries aspect of our general insurance claims. We currently have an opportunity for a Recovery Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, reviewing and managing a portfolio of new motor claims recovery files with the aim of maximising Allianz’s recovery income as well as supporting the existing team of recovery officers. You will be someone who is collaborative, yet able to work independently and take initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented claims professional who is seeking to add to their experience and explore a different aspect of general insurance claims.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Knowledge of the laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to negotiate and persuade
- Excellent customer service ethic

**Important to your success**:

- Demonstrated experience in motor claims or debt recovery
- Sound time management skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ‎
