Mauntenance Fitter

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with a solid background in Pharmaceutical and is looking for a permanent position.

This is a permanent night shift position, there will be an initial 6-8-week training on day shift and then you will go onto night shift.

To qualify for the position, you will need to have the following:

- Have an Australian trade qualification in mechanical fitting and turning
- Ensure that machine breakdowns are resolved in a timely manner
- Communicate any events that may hinder timely results are acted on with a sense of urgency
- Conduct planned maintenance on production equipment to ensure improved efficiency and utilization
- Comply with relevant company policies regarding HS&E
- Ensure that spare parts inventory is kept up to date and the new parts are ordered to replace parts used
- Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained at a high level
- Carry out maintenance requirements as needed
- And any other duties that maybe required from time to time to meet business needs
