Our Augustus Gelatery Mordialloc store is on the hunt for enthusiastic and hardworking **Shift Supervisors** and Shift Team members to join our gelato team

We are looking for bubbly gelato lovers who are reliable, eager to learn and will contribute to maintaining a safe and fun working environment As a Shift Supervisor, successful applicants will be responsible and reliable team players with excellent communication skills.

This is a Summer Casual Position, applicants must have high and flexible summer availability including weekdays, late nights and weekend shifts. Position paid under Fast Food Industry Award rates.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a young growing company with a chance for career development and growth Experience is preferred but isn’t necessary - all training will be provided

Responsibilities include:

- Scoop gelato and complete transactions.
- Assist store manager in the daily operations of shifts
- Manage and supervise staff on shift to maintain morale and store cleanliness
- End of Day (EOD) procedures
- Manage customer complaints

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $29.00 per hour
