Our client, a global spirits company who own and distribute a world-class portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Reporting into the head of on-premise, you will drive the national engagement program for the entire portfolio in on and off premise. Working closely with the head of brand marketing, you will deliver education and advocacy to consumers and trade.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with exceptional knowledge of spirits and mixology to drive awareness and engagement of this iconic portfolio with our trade and retail partners. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Ambassador to build national relationships and progress their career within a global spirits business.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Identify & develop opportunities to increase brand leadership across the entire portfolio with a focus in On-Premise channels.
- Lead the development & execution of the national trade education & tasting programme, events & brand activations.
- Lead the development & execution of consumer events; such as masterclasses, tastings & experiences.
- Develop and implement the bartender engagement program that drives education, awareness and advocacy of the brand within the bartender community
- Develop and deliver training resources to build internal and external stakeholder knowledge and capability
- Point of contact for consumer media, manage ATL agencies
- Form & maintain mutually beneficial trade relationships with new and existing on-premise & off-premise accounts.
- Significant interstate travel

**Ideal Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality/drinks industry
- Experience, high-level knowledge & understanding of the drinks/cocktail industry is essential.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, project management, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
- Ability to successfully work autonomously, with a drive to succeed, strong communication skills & work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Capacity to build strong lasting industry relationships.
- National relationships through the on-premises bar scene.

This role would suit an experienced cocktail/spirits specialist who has a network with key on-premise groups and influential cocktail bars at a national level and is looking for more autonomy to utilise your entrepreneurial flair and commercial acumen to drive brand awareness across the country.

You will be highly motivated and passionate about all things spirits with excellent communication, planning and presentation skills will see you succeed in this role.
