**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaning Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning newly constructed or renovated buildings, removing debris, and preparing spaces for final inspection and occupancy. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated commercial and residential buildings.
- Remove dust, dirt, and debris left behind by construction crews.
- Clean windows, floors, walls, and ceilings, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including hard-to-reach areas.
- Sanitize and polish restrooms, kitchens, and other spaces as needed.
- Remove protective coverings, stickers, and labels from doors, windows, and appliances.
- Clean and polish fixtures, cabinetry, and countertops.
- Properly dispose of construction waste and materials.
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a related field is required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and techniques.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
