**The Role**

**With high level of trust, you will get great things done with us by**:

- Maintaining and developing Xplan advice templates in line with business harmonisation requirements
- Implementing a process to ensure content and templates remain current, accurate, and consistent across all Xplan sites
- Staying informed about system changes to enable continuous improvement of output documents
- Supporting internal Xplan-related queries by providing immediate answers to most inquiries and addressing more complex issues within 24 hours of receipt

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:

- Proven Xplan experience, focusing on Advice template management
- Industry-standard qualifications in business, finance, or related fields, including RG 146
- Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in financial planning
- Continuously maintain technical proficiency through required training
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and specialized software like Xplan, along with familiarity in taxation and investment theory
