We are currently seeking a contract **Administration Officer **for our busy Aged care Residence.

To be successful in this role, you must be:

- experienced in rostering (in aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll,
- experienced in providing support in recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
- experienced in the scheduling, delivery and management of training and professional development activities
- highly organised, with excellent time and expectation management skills
- comfortable with learning new technology,
- discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
- able to provide support and supervision to Reception employees
- a problem solver
- customer focussed
