**Qualifications**
- Currently studying or completed TAFE or Uni either a building related course i.e Degree Construction Management, Diploma of Building
**Competencies**
- Have a professional appearance
- Good organizational skills with the attention to detail
- The enthusiasm to learn and adapt to procedures
- General knowledge of tools
- The ability to work without supervision, with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to adapt to being in the office or on site
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to provide administration support to our Supervisors/Project Managers
- Ability to build rapport and relate to all people
- A minimum of intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Adaptability, flexibility and be resilient
- Ability to work as part of team and assist your peers when required
